What we store. Your building's records: tenants, leases, ledger status, calendar, applications, compliance notes, and the accounts of people you invite. Passwords are salted and hashed; we cannot read them.

Where. In a database dedicated to your building on Cloudflare's network. Files you upload sit in object storage under your building's prefix.

What we never do. Sell it. Pool it with other buildings. Train models on it. Contact your tenants or applicants without you.

Email. Transactional only: confirmations, invites, resets, and the notes you send. Every message has a way to stop receiving it.

Public pages. Your building directory, storefront pages, and public events are public by design and readable by search engines and AI assistants. Tenants control their own storefront content.

Leaving. Export to CSV any time. Ask and we delete the building's database.
