- No. There is a 30-day trial with no card, and a demo you can use forever. We'd rather be honest than call a trial 'free'.
- What happens when I outgrow a tier?
- We tell you, and you move up. We never charge overage per unit.
- Do tenants pay anything?
- No. The tenant portal and storefront pages are included in the building's plan.
- Any setup fee?
- No.
- How does pay-as-you-go work?
- No monthly fee. When a tenant pays rent by card through Taberna, 1% comes out of the payment. In any month that adds up to the Starter price, it stops there. Rent paid by cash or check costs nothing.
